Each month, we will be exploring the simple science behind a topic. Be sure to dress for messy! Please be aware that the same class is offered twice each month. Registered children must be at least 3 and attend with their parent/caregiver. Only one child per adult. Group Limit: 12 pairs.
Prezi is a free, online presentation application where you can add frames, themes, images, shapes, videos, and PowerPoint slides. Participants must have an email address. Advance registration with a Downers Grove Library card is required.
If you have a passion for science, technology, engineering, or math, and may want to pursue a career in one of these areas, this is for you! Attendees will hear panelists who currently work in various STEM fields talk about their experiences with both school and work. After the panel presentations, attendees are invited to stay for a meet and greet with the presenters.
