During our library's first two decades of life, daring area balloonists and early aircraft designers turned manned flight from dream into reality. New aviation developments and enterprises matured and forever changed the transportation history of our area and our nation. Most of it began right in this area, fueled by the genius of men like Art Chester and Rudy Kling in their garages and backyards. Presented by David Kent.
Come share a story with a doggy listener. Reading to these dogs can improve children's reading and communications skills while also being fun! Schedule a 15-minute time slot by calling the Kids Room desk starting at 9:00 a.m. on February 25. No online registration.
Each month, we will be exploring the simple science behind a topic. Be sure to dress for messy! Please be aware that the same class is offered twice each month. Registered children must be at least 3 and attend with their parent/caregiver. Group Limit: 12 pairs.
