Smoky the War Dog

Tuesday, November 29, 2016 -

Professional public speaker and skilled story teller Adrian Brigham tells you the story of Yorkie Doodle Dandy, a small Yorkshire Terrier who became a decorated war hero and the world's first official Therapy Dog of record. It's an inspirational, emotional, great tribute to our veterans. This program features vintage photos, videos of Smoky, interview footage with his trainer Corporal Bill Wynne, and a four pound Yorkie who comes along for the show.
