Circulation Services Manager

The Downers Grove Public Library is seeking a Circulation Services Manager for our busy, highly automated, customer-focused library. Please read the full job description. 

We are looking for candidates who will:

  • Provide great customer service

  • Effectively lead a large staff of two full-time and 39 part-time employees

  • Demonstrate managerial and organizational skills

  • Communicate well with customers and staff

  • Enthusiastically adapt to technological changes and trends in the public library

  • Actively participate in the library’s management team

This full-time position requires three years’ relevant library and supervisory experience. The salary range for the position is $62,000-$93,000 per year. The starting salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience. A generous benefits package is included.
