The Downers Grove Public Library is seeking a Circulation Services Manager for our busy, highly automated, customer-focused library. Please read the full job description. 
We are looking for candidates who will:
Provide great customer service
Effectively lead a large staff of two full-time and 39 part-time employees
Demonstrate managerial and organizational skills
Communicate well with customers and staff
Enthusiastically adapt to technological changes and trends in the public library
Actively participate in the library’s management team
This full-time position requires three years’ relevant library and supervisory experience. The salary range for the position is $62,000-$93,000 per year. The starting salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience. A generous benefits package is included.
