Meeting Spaces
The library offers several types of meeting and study
space. The Meeting Room is located on the first floor
near the parking lot entrance. The room holds up to 150
people, and can be divided into two rooms that each accommodate
50 people. There is a charge of $30.00 for the whole
room and $15.00 for a half room. The room can be booked
for a four-hour time period, twice a month. To book the

The Conference Room is located in the Adult and Teen Services
Department on the second floor. This room can be used
by up to 14 people and can be booked in advance for up to four hours at a time four times a month. Bookings are done
through the Ask Us Desk. The room is also available
on a walk-up basis.
Study Rooms, which may be used by small groups or by
individuals, are located in the Children's Services
Department and the Adult and Teen Services Department.
Two Study Rooms in each of the Adult and Teen Services Department and Children's Services Department may be reserved up to one week in advance
for up to two hours at a time. An individual or group
may continue using a room if no one else has requested
it. No reservations will be taken for these Study Rooms
between 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. There may
be only one appointment scheduled for an individual or
a group at any one time.
One study room in the Adult and Teen Services Department is available on a walk-up basis
only. The other Study Rooms are
also available on a walk-up basis when not in use.
Audio-visual equipment is available for use in the rooms
and can be booked when a room is booked.
All rooms will be held fifteen minutes past reserved
time, then they may be given to another waiting user.
Meetings held in the Conference Room or Study Rooms must
end by the time the library closes. Meetings held in
the Meeting Room may end one hour past closing time.
